Fast Track To Consulting

Kick-start your career as a consultant within our Intelligent Business Operations unit with our 12-month Fast Track To Consulting (FTTC) program.

From the very beginning of the program, you will be working with colleagues, ideating solutions for our internal and external projects, and adding value from day one. You will get the chance to work and build connections with some of the best professionals, whilst combining finance, consulting, and technology to come up with ground-breaking solutions. You will gain the relevant skills to work with external clients and fulfill roles such as a consultant, project manager, change manager, and transition manger, depending on your preferences and strengths.

As part of our FTTC program, you can expect the following:

You will have the support of a buddy and a mentor, alongside your manager, throughout the program so you will never feel stuck or lost and will always have the guidance to excel in your role and build your career.

Last, but not least, depending on the client and your preferences, please expect to travel as part of your job! As many of our teams and clients are based in various parts Europe, Asia and the Americas, travel is an expectation for our consultants and will round out your holistic experience of the program.

With regular reviews to support your development, you will be completely immersed in the FTTC program and will come out as a fully qualified Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations (IFAO) consultant.

Who we’re looking for

We invite you to apply if you have the following skills and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• The ability to interpret data and information into high-performance solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Very good working knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to understand the requirements of the client’s business
• A proactive, curious, and can-do attitude.

The recruitment process

The recruitment process will take place as follows:

1. Submit your application
2. If retained, you will be invited for a phone interview with our recruitment team
3. You will then be invited to the following assessments:
   – An online group task
   – An online interview with the manager
4. We will then inform you of our decision.
