What technologies do you use on daily bases?

UiPath, BluePrism, ELK, Power BI, Power Apps, JIRA

How in your opinion will the IA Practice branch be developing? 

By onboarding new tools and technologies and extending the automation and transformation portfolio.

Will robots take Capgemini over?

Did steam machines took over the companies during industrial revolution? Changes are upon us for sure. What will not change is a need for skilled and talented people who are capable to do great things with their creative minds.

At what ae robots better than humans? Do you name your robots/automations? 

I don’t see a comparison ground between human and robot. Both concepts belongs to 2 different worlds. We can consider robots only as tool which improves human life/work comfort.

What skills should an automation architect have?

Deep process knowledge (broad perspective), awareness about what technology is capable to, easy going attitude, patience. AA is a translator who helps formalize business needs for improvement, designs fancy automation solution and gives instructions to developers how it should be build.

How does an Support & Maintenance Agent day look like?

Onboarding new automations after hypercare period is over, troubleshooting issues, providing resolutions, building strong relations with clients, experimenting, upskilling (on the job training)
