What do you like most about your job?

What I enjoy most about my job is the entire creative journey. It starts with an initial idea, evolves through various stages of development, and culminates in a final product that directly impacts users. The diversity of the projects we handle adds to the excitement. We work on everything from niche tools, designed for a select group of users with very specific needs, to large-scale platforms that serve tens of thousands of people on a daily basis. 

What is your best memory from Capgemini?

The opportunity to have collaborated with incredibly talented individuals from diverse fields and various parts of the world. This experience has enriched my professional journey, providing me with a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of our global impact.

What is it that your colleagues don’t know about you?

One aspect of my life that my colleagues may not be aware of is my hobby of puppeteering. Back in my hometown in Spain, puppeteering is a popular pastime, and I’ve been involved in manipulating and building marionettes since my childhood.
