Who is this Program for?

  • Those who are available to work 20h/week or full-time.
  • Those who don’t have any or have a slight previous experience in IT.
  • Those who know English at least at B2 level.
  • Those who study on their last year studies or graduates.
  • Those who dream about become IT expert in one of the areas mentioned below.
  • Those who are available to work from office in Cracow or Katowice from time to time.

What have we prepared for you?

For a start, we offer you a part-time or full-time employment contract for six months. During that time, you will develop your knowledge in IT, or get it from the scratch. After the program, you will have a chance to extend your contract full-time.

You can choose from 8 different roles:

  • Junior ServiceNow Developer
  • Junior Platform Engineer
  • Junior CyberSecurity Analyst
  • Junior SIAM Consultant
  • Junior Tester
  • Junior Adoption / UX Consultant
  • Junior Power Platform Developer
  • Junior Infra Engineer

Currently we are working in a hybrid model. 

What your development path can look like?

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain some experience remember that there’s a variety of roles that you can choose. You can become Cloud Specialist, Security Architect, UX Specialist, Software Developer, and much more!

What do you need to start?

  • Basic understanding and interest in: JavaScript/ AngularJS/ HTML

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • Involvement in all aspects of the software lifecycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design, Deployment, Quality Assurance, Release Management, Early Life Support, and Deployment Automation
  • Ability to develop skills in areas such as Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Containers, Smart Chatbots and Mobile Applications

What do you need to start?

  • Basic understanding of at least one from areas/technology:Public Cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP),
  • Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker),
  • Automation (Ansible, Python, bash, PowerShell, Terraform),
  • Linux/Unix,
  • Windows Server OS.
  • Willing to take an initiative and learn the new,
  • Willingness to learn & passion for IT and to take initiative.

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • Opportunity to work in the position as a Junior DevOps Engineer,
  • Development your technical skills,
  • Possibility to gain many certifications,
  • Joining transformation projects under the supervision of our Senior Engineers.

What do you need to start?

  • Understand of published standards, guidance, best practices, profiles, and frameworks related to cyber security,
  • Be aware of zero trust security concept,
  • Be familiar with Cloud concepts.

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • Participation in projects related to Zero Trust and widely in Defense area,
  • Evaluating business and technical requirements,
  • Focus will include but is not limited to Zero Trust strategies, network segmentation strategies, network/identity/risk/posture-based security controls.

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • You will have the opportunity to work with Business Analytics and Consultants on multiple projects and assist in multiple analysis and development activities
  • You will be developing skills in Process design, Requirements gathering, ServiceNow Platform, project activities, preparing some basic workflows, and many other areas
  • You will be involved in activites related to process lifecycle management (mapping, review, design, assessment, and more)
  • You will be a part of a very dynamic team of professionals, which will open you to many specializations and allow you to find your own development path.

What duties will help you to grow as an expert?

  • Testing software, reviewing software requirements documentation, creating test cases, executing tests for software products
  • Participating in projects using various tools and technologies, such as Infrastructure Technologies/Cloud Solutions or ServiceNow
  • Possibility of participating in meetings with the developer’s team and clients
  • Working closely with developers and learn issue/ bug tracking systems.

What do you need to start?

  • Have a very good communication and presentation skills
  • Have change management, communication or UX knowledge and experience from studies/organizations
  • Are self-disciplined with “Can do” attitude

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • Coordination of all UX/UI activities including research, analytics, personas, user centric design, prototyping
  • Coordination of all adoption/communication activities including gamification and communication content building
  • Assist in executing existing elements and propose new creative methods of promoting tools in a customer’s environment
  • Measuring and reporting on results, identifying problem areas, and applying corrective actions.

Become a Power Platform expert, a Microsoft low-code ninja.

What do you need to start?

  • Be passionate about working with Microsoft technologies
  • Be self-motivated with “can do!” attitude
  • Be solution-oriented – conquer challenges with code, low-code or no-code alternatives
  • Optional, non-essential grasp of a programming language (preferably C#, .Net, JavaScript)

What duties will help you grown as an expert?

  • Holistic approach to enterprise solutions in Power Platform
  • Building flexible apps and tailored interfaces in Power Apps
  • Automating essential business processes with Power Automate
  • Navigating and visualizing a breadth of business data in Power BI
  • Exploring customization capabilities with SharePoint development framework.
