CEO of Capgemini’s Insights & Data Global Business Line
Member of the Group Executive Committee

Niraj Parihar became the CEO of the Insights & Data (I&D) Global Business Line at Capgemini on January 1st, 2023, at which point he also joined the Group Executive Committee.

He is responsible for a global team of 23,000+ professionals, driving growth and transforming Capgemini’s portfolio of Cloud Data & AI platform, AI & Data Engineering, Data Strategy, Analytics and Data Science, and Intelligent Process Automation, enabling digital transformation for clients with data backed insights.

Prior to this, Niraj was the Managing Director of the Insights & Data Global Business Line in India. Throughout his 12+ year tenure at Capgemini, he has held several leadership positions including being the Global Delivery Leader for Insurance, Center Head for Hyderabad and has led several complex programs for clients. As part of India Country Board member, Niraj has been the business sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion, President of Capgemini’s WeKare NGO and is known for leading key employee engagement and new generation talent transformation initiatives.

Before joining Capgemini, Niraj was the National Sales Director of Lionbridge Technologies, where he was responsible for working with teams in the United States and managing the sales portfolio for Global Development and Testing business. He has also worked for 11 years with Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd in several leadership positions, supporting large global outsourcing pursuits in the areas of SAP, Testing, Enterprise content management, Application re-engineering and KPO.

Niraj has over 27 years of experience in the IT Services and Consultancy industry and has worked in USA and India for 14 and 13 years respectively.

Niraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from JNV University, India. He also earned his Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credentials from CIMA while at Capgemini.
