What You’ll Be Doing 

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work on large-scale transformation programmes across a range of sectors, helping clients solve complex people and organisational challenges as part of multidisciplinary project teams.  

Your day-to-day responsibilities could include: 

• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities  

• Designing and facilitating workshops  

• Creating clear and engaging communications 

• Mapping user journeys and experiences  

• Analysing the impact of change on people and organisations  

• Helping clients embed new ways of working  

Throughout the programme, you’ll develop key consulting skills while contributing to the successful delivery of end-to-end projects, delivering innovative solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Focus on managing transformation: 
You’ll help organisations deliver successful transformation programmes by supporting project delivery, stakeholder engagement and change adoption. Working alongside clients, you’ll help people embrace new ways of working and ensure change creates lasting impact.

Employee Experience & HR

Focus on the HR side: 
You’ll help organisations create modern, people-centred HR functions and employee experiences. From HR transformation and operating model design to talent and workforce management, you’ll support clients in shaping the future of work. 

Career Opportunities 

As an Associate Consultant within Workforce & Organisation, there are a variety of client roles that you may take on, that include but are not limited to:   

Associate Consultant Roles	What you’ll be doing
Project Management Office (PMO)	You’ll help clients deliver complex transformation programmes by supporting planning, governance, reporting, risk management and project controls, ensuring projects stay on track and achieve their objectives.
Change, Communications & Engagement Support	You’ll help clients successfully navigate change by creating engaging communications, supporting stakeholder engagement activities and helping people adopt new ways of working.
Learning & Development Support	You’ll support clients in building the skills and capabilities they need for the future through learning programmes, workforce upskilling initiatives and engaging development experiences.
Employee Experience & HR Support	You’ll help clients create modern, people-centred organisations by supporting HR transformation, employee experience and workforce management initiatives.
Business Analyst	You’ll help clients understand challenges, identify opportunities and design effective solutions by analysing processes, gathering requirements and turning data into actionable insights.

Following successful completion of the Institute and Academy, you’ll be eligible for promotion from Associate Consultant to Consultant.

You don’t need previous consulting experience, but we’re interested in individuals who:
