What is the Enterprise Data Analytics Pathway?

The Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for graduates who are passionate about data and AI. In EDA, we help clients unlock value from their data by combining data strategy, analytics, data science and AI innovation. Through our Accelerate Programme you will develop a strong foundation in consulting while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of data and AI disciplines.

This pathway could be right for you if you’re curious about data, analytics and AI, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to combine technology and consulting to help organisations make better decisions and drive meaningful change.

Your Accelerate Journey

The Institute (First 3 months)

The Institute is a unique and immersive part of Capgemini Invent UK’s award-winning Accelerate Programme, designed to help you build the foundations of a successful consulting career. Following a three-week induction, you’ll spend 12 weeks developing core consulting skills through structured learning, practical assignments and real business challenges. With dedicated coaching, support and regular feedback, you’ll build confidence and gain hands-on experience before moving into client-facing work and live projects within your chosen pathway.

The Academy (Next 18 months)

Over the next 18 months, you’ll continue your development through a combination of real client work, structured learning and practical experience.

Alongside project delivery, you’ll build expertise across data, analytics and AI, gain professional certifications, explore different EDA disciplines and contribute to internal initiatives. You’ll also benefit from learning opportunities across the wider EDA community, helping you develop new skills and shape your career journey.
