CR&S partnerships

We believe that collaboration is critical to address the biggest challenges society faces today and in the future.

Because of this, we actively leverage the power of partnerships to tackle issues spanning environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and digital inclusion. By working together, we’re able to amplify and accelerate our impact.

Capgemini is a founding member of the United Nation’s Race to Zero campaign, which is a global campaign for a zero-carbon recovery. We’ve been a member of the UN Global Compact’s ‘Caring for Climate’ initiative since its inception in 2007. We also recently signed the UN Global Compact’s Business Ambition for 1.5C CEO statement, where we committed to setting science-based targets for limiting global temperature rise.

As part of our commitment towards communities around the world, Capgemini has joined UNICEF’s efforts to help ensure equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines, tests, and treatments around the world. This commitment includes specific support for the most urgent and critical needs in India and Brazil.

Aiman Ezzat, Capgemini Chief Executive Officer, joined the World Economic Forum’s Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders, a global community of Chief Executive Officers who catalyse action across sectors and engage policymakers to help deliver the transition to a net zero economy. We have also joined the World Economic Forum’s 1 trillion trees campaign to conserve, restore, and grow one trillion trees around the world.

We help contribute to the charity’s mission to support young people in the UK who are unemployed or at risk of exclusion from school. We do this by giving young people the tools and confidence necessary to launch careers in technology or to simply feel more motivated, valued and included in society.

We’re committed to ensuring that digital transformation creates an inclusive and sustainable future for all. This means opening doors to technology careers for people who are currently far from the digital skills job market, such as refugees whose studies or career journeys have been interrupted. We partner with CodeYourFuture to make this happen.

As more services such as healthcare, housing, banking, shopping and education shift online, it is critical that we help ensure people can access these. We aim to inspire those at risk of digital exclusion to build the digital skills needed for life and work by partnering with Digital Unite.

Capgemini has been working to fight against inequality with Business for Inclusive Growth (B4IG), a CEO-led coalition of major global companies. We are leading the stream on digital inclusion.

A founder of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering for Racial Justice in Business initiative, we are committed to eradicating racism in the workplace and helping build equitable and just workplaces for professionals with under-represented racial and ethnic identities.

Capgemini is part of Valuable 500, a global network of CEOs committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities. This partnership supports several training programs that encourage the hiring of people with disabilities in order to promote equal employment opportunities.
