Interview tips

Think about how you want to talk through your career journey. Focus on the experiences that are most relevant to the role, the decisions you have shaped, the challenges you have worked through and the results you have delivered.

It can help to prepare a few examples that show your technical expertise, leadership style, collaboration skills and ability to make an impact for clients, teams or projects.

Take time to understand the role, the part of the business you are applying to and the type of work we do with our clients. Reading about our services, industries, values, culture and recent projects can help you connect your experience to the opportunity.

You may also want to explore our social channels and careers content to hear directly from our people and get a better sense of life at Capgemini.

An interview is a two-way conversation. It is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to understand whether Capgemini is the right place for your next career move.

Prepare questions about the role, team, clients, ways of working, development opportunities, and what success could look like in the role. Asking thoughtful questions can help you decide whether the opportunity is right for you.

We want to understand who you are, how you work and what matters to you. Be open about your experience, your strengths and the kind of environment where you do your best work.

If anything is unclear during the process, please ask. We want you to feel comfortable, informed and able to bring your best self to the conversation.
