The frog pathway is designed for graduates who are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences. As part of frog, Capgemini Invent’s reinvention and experience partner, you’ll help imagine and build experiences, products and businesses that challenge the status quo, win hearts and realise the future.

Your Accelerate Journey 

The Institute (First 3 Months) 

The Institute is a unique and immersive part of Capgemini Invent UK’s award-winning Accelerate Programme, designed to help you build the foundations of a successful consulting career. Following a three-week induction, you’ll spend 12 weeks developing core consulting skills through structured learning, practical assignments and real business challenges. With dedicated coaching, support and regular feedback, you’ll build confidence and gain hands-on experience before moving into client-facing work and live projects within your chosen pathway. 

The Academy (Next 18 Months) 

Following the Institute, you’ll move into the Academy phase of the Accelerate Pathway where you’ll join one of frog’s capability teams and begin applying your learning on real client work. 

Capability teams bring together people who share common skills, experiences and interests, creating a supportive community that helps you continue developing and growing throughout the programme.

What You’ll Be Doing 

As an Associate Consultant in frog, you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both large-scale transformation programmes and shorter, outcome-focused initiatives that deliver tangible value. 

Depending on your craft, your day-to-day can vary, but typical responsibilities could include: 

  • Working within project teams to deliver client solutions 
  • Participating in client meetings and workshops 
  • Supporting the delivery of key project milestones 
  • Designing customer-focused strategies and propositions 
  • Conducting user research and customer insight activities 
  • Assessing technologies and digital platforms 
  • Supporting implementation and delivery activities 

You could work across areas such as customer engagement, CRM and loyalty, marketing transformation, content and commerce, service transformation, product and experience design, and technology-enabled innovation. 

Beyond client delivery, you’ll have opportunities to support business development and sales activities, contribute to thought leadership, participate in learning and development initiatives, engage with wellbeing programmes and employee networks, and help shape the future of the frog practice.

Associate Consultant Role What you’ll be doing We’re Looking For 
Strategist (Innovation & Growth) Identifying opportunities for growth and reinvention, using customer insight, commercial thinking and strategic storytelling to influence investment decisions. Strong analytical, communication and numeracy skills. Open to all degree disciplines, with an interest in strategy, research, consulting or finance. 
Marketing Analyst Supporting clients to develop marketing strategies, optimise performance and design the teams, processes and technology that enable successful marketing delivery. A background in Marketing or a related field, a proactive mindset, and an interest in solving marketing challenges. Previous marketing or consulting experience is desirable. 
CX Operating Model / Org Activation Strategist Helping clients create customer-centric organisations, operating models and transformation programmes that drive lasting change. An interest in organisational design, customer experience, behavioural science and transformation, with a degree in a relevant discipline. 
Designer Designing brands, products, services and experiences through research, ideation, prototyping and storytelling. A creative mindset, exposure to design tools and methodologies, and a portfolio that demonstrates curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn. 
Full Stack Engineer Building websites, applications and digital products from concept through to launch, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Technical skills in modern development technologies, examples of personal or academic projects, and a passion for building digital solutions and continuous learning. 
Insights & Data Analyst Analysing data, uncovering insights and translating complex information into clear recommendations that support business decisions. Strong analytical thinking, exposure to data and visualisation tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences. 
Technical Product Owner Supporting product delivery through requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery practices. An interest in technology, innovation and AI, alongside strong collaboration, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. 

Following successful completion of the Institute and Academy, you’ll be eligible for promotion from Associate Consultant to Consultant.

  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of the customer, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business’ growth and transformation strategy
