There will be an initial intensive 2-week induction at the start of your enrolment in The Institute.

The Institute – The Institute is a program designed to coach new joiners on fundamental consulting skills in preparation of landing their first external client. Intakes are allocated to internal clients and assignments are given to provide an introduction into the skillset of a consultant. Associate Consultants receive continuous feedback based on the delivery of short, intensive projects in order to further develop their knowledge within the realm of client work. The Institute builds upon the cohesive nature of Capgemini Invent, where new joiners are mentored and coached, whilst incumbent consultants can delegate work to continue to meet and exceed client expectations.

Academy – Following completion of the Institute, you will then be placed into one of our Skill Academies where you will have access to Capability / Sector specific experience, training and knowledge and you will develop your skills in parallel with working in your Capability / Sector’s line of work.
