Accelerate Programme

A career in consulting can take you in many directions, and the Accelerate Programme is designed to help you explore them.

You’ll gain experience across industries, teams and client challenges, building an understanding of how organisations solve problems, adapt to change and improve performance. Your work could involve research, analysis, workshops or supporting recommendations for clients.
 
Along the way, you’ll develop core consulting skills, learn from experienced colleagues and discover where your strengths and interests can take you. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved in innovation initiatives, events and wider Capgemini Invent activities.

The Accelerate Programme is designed to give you the skills, experience and confidence to start your consulting career.

You’ll begin with a two-week induction before joining The Institute, a hands-on learning experience where you’ll build consulting foundations through project-based assignments, coaching and feedback.
 
You’ll then move into an Academy aligned to your chosen capability or sector, where you’ll continue developing through specialist training, mentoring and project experience while building your professional network.

Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who are invested in your development and success.
