The Focus of Your Role

As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both large-scale transformation programmes and shorter, outcome-focused initiatives that deliver tangible value. You will be part of teams that ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

Depending on your craft, your day-to-day can vary from working closely within a project team, participating in client meetings, running workshops, or supporting the delivery of key project milestones. Your responsibilities could include designing innovative strategies and propositions across areas such as customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, marketing, content, commerce, and service transformation. You may also lead or contribute to user research activities, assess enabling technologies and platforms, and help bring new designs to life through real-world implementation.

Beyond client delivery, you’ll have opportunities to support business development and sales efforts, contribute to thought leadership, and engage in internal initiatives such as team meetings, training sessions, wellbeing programmes, and employee networks. Whether you’re creating presentations, developing prototypes, or helping shape the future of our consulting practice, your role will be hands-on, collaborative, and impactful.
