Corporate Experience
Pathway

What is the Corporate Experience Pathway?

The Corporate Experience (CE) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented individuals, passionate about devising innovative and sustainable strategies across a range of industries and structuring how an organisation operates to deliver on its strategy. Our core capabilities – Strategy and Business Architecture, Value Strategy and Modelling, Operating Model and Organisation Design, Finance Transformation – seek to address our end-to-end corporate and technology-focused transformations from strategy through to operating model.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

  • The Institute (circa 3 months)
  • The Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.

Following your time in The Institute, you’ll then join the Corporate Experience Academy where you’ll work across a range of our capabilities to help you develop and flourish through common interests, developing new skillsets, and learning through new experience
