One of our Global Business Lines is Capgemini Business Services (BSv). BSv service centre offers the clients all over the world innovative solutions in finance and accounting, banking operations, supply management, or human resources management, as wall as multilingual customer service. It also hires highly specialised business consultants who provide consulting services in business and finance process transformation, as well as experts in robot automation and intelligent automation.Capgemini Business Services is the biggest (5,000 strong) business line of Capgemini Poland. We have offices in Krakow and Katowice, however some people also work for us remotely from other locations.Among our Global Business Lines, there are also several teams operating under the name Shared and Group Functions. They are created by extraordinary people who support Capgemini Group in such areas as IT, HR, finance, procurement, training, recruitment marketing and many more.Being one of us means first of all stability of employment and continuous development among incredible people. For us, interview is not a contest with tricky question. We want to get to know you and we want you to get to know us. Prepare for the meeting, as we for sure ask you about your strengths and areas in which you feel you are good. If you can give examples to support your skills, it will be a great asset. The recruiter may also ask you how you behave in difficult situations, or if you have ever been in such situations, and how you managed to cope with.Remember that we wanna see what’s best in you, that’s why we share the same goal – to discobver your true potential. Depending on the position applied for, also questions testing your knowledge may arise, e.g. in finance, processes or technology.STAR model may be helpful in preparation for the interview. Interview is also a good moment for the manager to learn about your aspirations, expectations and motivation behind your intention to join Capgemini.
