Leader in Gartner’s MQ 2020 for managed workplace services, Europe

27 May 2020

Paris, May 27, 2020 – Capgemini today announced that it has been named a Leader in Gartner’s 2020 “Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe” for the second consecutive year[1], for ability to execute and completeness of vision. The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluated a total of 17 providers for a broad range of managed workplace services including traditional end-user outsourcing (EUO) as well as new digital workplace services to provide cloud-first, automated and integrated support to end users.

“In these unprecedented times, with remote work at the heart of business continuity, having a virtual operating model in place has never been so critical. Capgemini has been developing unique capabilities for delivering a comprehensive array of strategy, assessment, and deployment services that can make the digital workspace a reality. We are happy to be recognised by Gartner, which to us, is notable in this particular context,” said Nive Bhagat, CEO, Cloud & Infrastructure Services Global Business Line, and member of the Group Executive Committee. “Capgemini’s Connected Workspace makes it easy for employees to work the way they want to work. It enables them to use any device – company-issued or personal – for work, and gives them fast, easy access to mobile apps, web apps, hosted apps, and data.”

According to Gartner, Capgemini has been recognised as among Leaders which “deliver their service solutions skillfully, have a clear vision of the direction of the service market, and are actively building and improving their competencies to sustain their leadership positions. The Leaders quadrant indicates the direction of the MWS market. However, most digital workplace offerings still have low adoption rates. Leaders have demonstrated their experience in delivering MWS and understand the requirements to successfully deliver these services. They have proved their Ability to Execute and their strategic visions.”
