Job Responsibilities

  • Cooperating with the data and analytics team to develop analytics roadmap for the digital teams
  • Working with digital teams to develop understanding and to support in defining requirements for data analysis, insight and contact strategy recommendations to support marketing goals
  • Running statistical models to achieve deep dive into audience segmentation, audience optimization, attribution models, sales uplift, business impact, others
  • Meta-analyzing to develop cross-market learning leading to strategic recommendations around best practices
  • Tracking and communicating on all assigned projects, actions and improvements through to completion and providing status updates to the management
  • Advising to the business stakeholders on data driven marketing - working closely with third parties and, internally, with digital teams, IT and others
  • Staying up to date on industry and market best practices, and continually feeding new thinking back into the business regarding personalization
  • Maintaining a view of demand across assigned markets/divisions; own demand pipeline and forecast to the delivery teams


  • Solid commercial experience in Statistical, Modelling, Business Intelligence,
  • Experience with large datasets and Big Data environments would be a strong asset
  • Proficiency in query writing and previous exposure to working on Python/R codes as well as understanding of HIVE tool.
  • Strong analytical skills and appreciation of coding languages, data sources, data matching and data acquisition
  • Exposure to Web Analytics tools, CRM background along with knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud suite would be an asset
  • Understanding of consumer data, retailer data and media data
  • Experienced in project planning and forecasting demand
  • Excellent communication skills for the purpose of interaction with stakeholders, peers and reports
  • Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organisation
  • Proficient English language skills - strong written and verbal communication skills
