Service Delivery Manager with French

What do you need to start?

Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the contract obligations, financial agreements, organic sales opportunities and overall client satisfaction.We are looking for a profile with experience on workplace management. The resource will manage the interactions with the branches of the customer in different countries therefore, previous experience in international context are welcomed.

•    Full business proficiency in English and French is a must

What duties will help you grow?

•    Ensure that the managed areas within the service are performing to contractual targets.
•    Ensure that service levels are met in line with the SLAs defined, based on clear understanding of the contract and the SLAs defined therein.
•    Set up and manage upkeep of service delivery model, in alignment with contractual obligations
•    Manage and assure the qualities of delivery to the client, by ensuring Process Implementation, compliance, incident management & Continuous Service Improvement
•    Identify, Mitigate and Monitor Risks and Issues in the delivery
•    Ensure continuous and smooth communication w.r.t. service delivery among all stakeholders and team members, as needed. Manage escalations effectively.
•    Oversee delivery related forecasting and reporting as needed
•    Participate in transition activities, as needed, to ensure that service is not impacted while transitioning any function
