Capgemini at AWS re:Invent

From vision to reality, at enterprise scale.

We were proud to be an Emerald sponsor for the second year in a row at AWS re:Invent – one of the largest annual technology and innovation conferences for the global cloud computing community. This invite-only level of sponsorship further elevated our brand as a long-standing partner in business and technology transformation with AWS.

With more than 65,000 attendees, largely from client and partner organizations, we showcased how businesses can go from vision to reality at enterprise scale. By driving CxO intimacy through impactful client and partner conversations, AWS re:Invent supported our focus on driving measurable business results that can be scaled to millions.

Our 2025 sponsorship reflected our strong presence and high ambitions throughout the event with:

  • Three client speaking sessions
  • Two growth partner speaking sessions
  • Immersive Client Experience Lounge at Yardbird Table & Bar
  • The AWS Exec Summit – three days of networking sessions with 2,000+ executive clients
  • Scaled brand awareness as a top sponsor and business and technology leader across all event channels and platforms

Capgemini at AWS re:Invent 2025 – make it real with Capgemini and AWS.

We are featured by AWS as a launch partner for agentic AI

We have been recognized by AWS in its new agentic AI categories, showcasing our commitment to advancing AI solutions with AWS.

Breakout sessions: Stories that inspire

This session explored how Mercedes-Benz modernized its global ordering system by migrating to AWS and using Gen AI to streamline development, boost security, and enhance agility – offering key insights for secure, scalable, and innovative IT transformation.

This session showed how LPL used agentic AI and AWS to automate financial operations, cut costs, and boost security. Capgemini’s expertise enabled digital workers, improving client experience and compliance, highlighting agentic AI as key for future automation.

This session unpacked how Fortive’s Agentic AI POC on AWS replaced a static Azure platform with a scalable, dynamic solution using Amazon Bedrock. In 10 weeks, it automated infrastructure, integrated GitHub/Postgres, and built AI assistants – cutting dev time, costs, and boosting enterprise AI readiness.

Our Client Business Lounge – Where we made it real together

Our Client Business Lounge at the Yardbird Table & Bar in The Venetian is where attendees experienced immersive demos, client roundtables with industry experts as they showcased joint GTM solutions developed by Capgemini and AWS, and our live Cloud Realities podcast sessions with AWS executives.

Our partner sessions

Migrate, modernize, and move your business into the AI era

Legacy systems shouldn’t hold back your AI ambitions. During this session, Dr. Asa Kalavade explored how AWS is making migration and modernization simpler and faster with agentic AI, building on nearly two decades of enterprise experience. Attendees discovered how we’re using AI to build domain-specific agents that continuously learn to streamline and accelerate transformation like never before. Recognizing the collaborative nature of transformation projects, participants experienced how we’re building a new composable experience integrating first and third-party agents. Through customer success stories and interactive fireside chats with customers and partners, attendees learned proven approaches to accelerate their enterprise AI transformation.

Capgemini’s REACH robotic arm demonstrated ongoing research in vision-language robotics, exploring real-time intelligence at the edge and scalable cloud integration. Using the Intel® Core™ Ultra processor with integrated GPU acceleration, Intel® OpenVINO™, and Intel® Robotics SDK, we performed low-latency inference at the edge on a Universal Robots UR5e arm. AWS IoT Greengrass provided cloud coordination, data logging, and model lifecycle management. This session shared insights from our current work in progress, highlighting how Intel and AWS technologies can enable high-performance, scalable robotic solutions and a clear path from prototype to production.

The Lakehouse architecture is evolving for the generative AI era. While EMR has proven itself as a wonderful backbone of many enterprise data pipelines, GPU-native computing with NVIDIA RAPIDS+ Polars GPU engine through Dask on AWS opens new possibilities for performance, concurrency, and AI-readiness. Attendees left this session with a blueprint for extending their existing Lakehouse-oriented architectures into GPU-native, AI-ready data estates – building on what works today while unlocking the performance and agility required for tomorrow.

Our immersive demos

Hero Car – Powered by AWS – Automotive

The Hero Car was more than a visual highlight. It was a live demonstrator of our AWS SCA ADAS Mobility Hub Vision. Technology became visible inside the transparent car. Visitors witnessed the fusion of physical and virtual mobility.

The Hero Car showed visitors our end-to-end capabilities in the field of Automotive. Capgemini supports our customers along the complete V-model including hardware, software, data, and legal.

Product optimization – Energy and Utilities

This demo used advanced technologies – like AI and real-time data – to improve how things run. For example, in oil and gas, it means extracting more barrels per day by making smarter decisions, faster.

This system monitors operations, spots problems early, and suggests solutions, all while reducing downtime, emissions, and risk. It’s like giving engineers superpowers to fine-tune production and boost efficiency – turning complex processes into clear, impactful results.

Face Payment/Orchestrate AI – Financial services

What if you could order your delicious coffee and beverages while experimenting with a new payment method – your smile?

Besides having fun, attendees got to experience new technologies powered by AWS. This fully functional barista helped attendees order with an entire backend “McDonald’s style”, complete with a client order screen, 100% self-service, barista order management, and another screen that allowed clients to follow their orders.

OmniAware – Aerospace and Defence

This solution enabled the safe, accurate, and timely capture of war crime evidence and damage assessments.

By utilizing drone footage, 3D technology, and Gen AI, we digitally recreated conflict areas, ensuring the safety and security of investigators during forensic analysis.

The demo experience used VR glasses.
