Paul is Head of Energy Transition & Utilities at Capgemini UK, leading the sector across Consulting, Applications, Infrastructure, BPO, and Engineering Services. A former mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ consulting experience, he has led major transformation programmes across the utilities sector. Paul specialises in combining consulting and technology capabilities to help clients realise the value of next-generation digital solutions. He also leads Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange capability for Energy and Utilities. With more than 23 years at Capgemini, Paul brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of delivering business transformation and innovation.

Adrian Caswell is a transformation leader with over 15 years of experience delivering complex capital programmes across infrastructure, utilities, energy, transport, natural resources, and government sectors. He helps organisations modernise how major projects and portfolios are planned, governed, delivered, and operated. More recently, Adrian has focused on applying AI and agentic technologies across the capital delivery lifecycle, helping organisations improve productivity, enhance workforce capabilities, and create more intelligent operating models. He is a trusted advisor who translates strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes.
Dinesh Sathianathan

Dinesh Sathianathan

VP, UK Head of Nuclear and Capital Delivery
Dinesh leads Capgemini’s Nuclear and Capital Delivery consulting businesses in the UK, helping C-suite leaders transform capital programmes, improve performance, and reduce asset ownership costs. With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, he has led major digital transformation initiatives across energy and utilities, rail, aerospace and defence, and advanced engineering sectors. Prior to joining Capgemini, he held leadership roles at EY, Altran, Crompton Technology Group, and QinetiQ. Dinesh holds an MBA, advanced engineering degrees from Leeds University, and is both a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Management Consultant.
