Empower Programme:

The Empower Programme equips graduates to succeed in dynamic roles that integrate both technology and business expertise to deliver value for clients. Built around six essential Power Skills, the programme blends client work, role-specific training, and collaborative projects. Graduates join Learning Pods to build cross-functional networks and follow personalised development roadmaps that guide their growth.

Accelerate Programme:

Capgemini Invent’s Accelerate Programme fast-tracks graduates into specialist consultants, starting with a four-month immersive experience in the award-winning Institute. Graduates build core consulting skills in a safe-learning environment, then apply them on real client engagements over the remaining 18 months.

Programme Eligibility

You can only apply for one Early Careers role per recruitment season (September to August), so please review the job description carefully before applying.
Some roles require Security Clearance. Where this applies, eligibility requirements will be listed in the job description. If you do not meet these requirements, we will be unable to progress your application.
