Vice President | Head of Renewables | Capgemini UK
Nicole is responsible for leading Capgemini’s Renewables business in the UK supporting renewables project developers, asset operators and equipment suppliers to scale and grow profitably, leveraging digital technologies. Part of Nicole’s role includes driving growth in the work we do with climate technologies, where sustainability and transition to net zero is at the core. Nicole is passionate about decarbonising our planet, driving our sustainability agenda at a personal and corporate level. She has experience across Renewables, Energy Distribution, Energy Retail, Power Generation, Water, and Mining. Nicole is a trusted advisor to clients with experience in the UK and Australia.

Iain Fry

Industry Adviser
Iain is an Industry Advisor in our Energy Transition and Utilities business advising across a number of strategic digital initiatives, including the overarching Smart Programme. Currently, this has a specific focus on the UK Water Sector given Iain’s previous senior positions at Anglian Water. Most recently, Iain held the position of CIO at Anglian Water and sat on its Management Board responsible for IT, OT and Digital initiatives across the business. Iain brings a wealth of experience in regulatory businesses, having worked across energy before joining the Water Sector and has an in-depth understanding of how technology functions must evolve into value centres that shape the future operating models of our next generation utilities.

Hedvig Lyche

Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer | Additive Catchments
Hedvig leads the ESG, social license, and net-zero programs at Additive Catchments, designing strategies and driving solutions for sustainability across our ecosystem. Working closely with our partners, Hedvig also leads our Social License and community engagement activities, ensuring greater cross-sector collaborations for environmental stewardship. She has held global leadership roles across sustainability and communications, working with clients in government, corporations, and foundations. Passionate about the restoration of ecosystems and collaboration as the key to realising the SDGs, Hedvig is always exploring ways to drive systemic change through innovative cross-sector partnerships.
