25 Jan 2024

Capgemini has been positioned as a Leader in its Provider Lens™ for Intelligent Automation Services and Solutions, 2023 for the third year running for its ability to build automation solutions at scale and its AI portfolio encompassing end-to-end solutions, capabilities, and technology.

ISG’s Provider Lens™ for Intelligent Automation Services and Solutions report serves as a basis for improving important decision-making across positioning, key relationships, and go-to-market considerations within all global, market-leading enterprises.

Companies in the 2023 report are divided across four main quadrants: Product Challengers, Contenders, Market Challengers, and Leaders. With Leaders being defined as any company with a comprehensive product and service offering, in addition to a strong market presence.
