Having been voted one of the world’s most ethical companies by Ethisphere for 12 consecutive years, Capgemini consistently emphasises integrity, respect, and fairness in every interaction.

Thriving in a Dynamic SAP Career at Capgemini

Hello! I’m Ana, and since joining Capgemini in 2018, I’ve had an incredible journey that has shaped my career and allowed me to realise my professional aspirations. My path in SAP consultancy began in 2010 with an internship in Chile, and in 2015, I moved to London, England, where I’ve continued to work on transformative projects and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance.

Embracing Growth and Taking Charge of My Career

Capgemini has been instrumental in offering me the freedom and support to carve out my career path. I’ve had the chance to work on global SAP implementations, which has exposed me to a diverse range of clients and innovative challenges. Over time, I’ve moved through several roles, from Functional Consultant to Change Manager, Service Owner, and now Management Application Consultant – SAP. Each of these roles has given me room to not only leverage my expertise but also explore new facets of the consultancy field. I’ve grown with each project, expanding my skill set and forming meaningful connections with colleagues and clients.

A Unique Opportunity to Reimagine What’s Possible

One of the most exciting initiatives I’ve been a part of at Capgemini is the “Future Leaders” programme. This programme goes beyond typical corporate development, focusing on each participant’s unique talents and ambitions. Instead of encouraging us to follow specific role models, “Future Leaders” empowered us to reflect on what truly drives us and how we can bring our best selves into the workplace. This transformative programme helped me align my strengths with the company’s vision, fostering a sense of ownership and personal alignment with my role.

Commitment to Ethics and Integrity

Capgemini’s commitment to ethical practices is something I genuinely value. Having been voted one of the world’s most ethical companies by Ethisphere for 12 consecutive years, Capgemini consistently emphasises integrity, respect, and fairness in every interaction. Working in an environment that prizes these values has given me confidence that I am part of a company that not only strives for business success but also upholds ethical standards in all its endeavours. The professionalism and camaraderie among colleagues make for a positive and balanced work culture where ethical competition flourishes.

Capgemini: A Great Place to Work and Thrive

Capgemini’s focus on employee well-being and personal growth makes it a fantastic place to work. It’s a culture that respects individuals and prioritises authenticity, which fosters both success and satisfaction. The flexibility here is invaluable, allowing me to maintain a balance between my professional and personal life. I’ve had the privilege of meeting brilliant, supportive colleagues who share the same core values, making the workplace inspiring and motivating.

Reflecting on my journey, I can truly say that Capgemini has been more than just a workplace. It’s a place where I’ve been able to expand my skills, grow through innovative projects, and work alongside ethical, genuine people. For anyone looking to be part of a forward-thinking, values-driven company, Capgemini is a place where you can not only get the future you want but also create meaningful contributions along the way.

It is the best move I ever made, and you won’t regret it.
