Vikash is a Vice President within Capgemini’s Global Public Sector team, specialising in tax, customs, and trade transformation. Since 2007, Vikash has worked with major tax and customs administrations worldwide, collaborating with clients to translate their transformation strategy into real-world practical value. As a thought leader, Vikash leverages technology to enhance client operations, industry integration, and create a tangible societal impact.

Liz is a Borders and Trade expert who connects clients with innovative solutions for secure border services and ecosystems. She is dedicated to collaborating with industry experts and leveraging technology to transform border operations.

Kieran is an expert in human-centred behavioural change, purpose-driven transformation, and policy design with 18 years of experience in strategy and leadership roles. At frog, Kieran leads citizen-led change initiatives and has authored several books on organisational design.

Pete advises on solutions, tech trends, and strategy within Capgemini’s global customs community. He has been involved in some of the largest transformation programmes across UK border authorities and ensures Capgemini can deliver innovative technology-driven solutions to drive sustainable change.

Guy is a Director within Capgemini Invent. He has worked for a range of Public Sector clients since 2013. He has strong knowledge and expertise of Agri Food chain, Food Security and UK Border Controls for Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) goods. He recently provided an independent review of the UK’s Border Order Model post Brexit to help UK government departments prioritise where they needed to invest in their capabilities prior to the introduction of new controls in 2024.
