What is it that you do?

I work as PMO analyst, which essentially provides support to a project team ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What does a day in the life look like for you?

As a PMO I oversee project governance, track project progress, manage risks, coordinate resources & maintain project documentation. My day would typically include daily stand ups, team meetings, risk management & resource check ins. Alongside this, in a week tasks will vary with the timeline of project however tasks include aspects of budget & timeline tracking & resource coordination.
