What is it that you do?

As a Service Delivery Analyst, I get to be the heartbeat of our Live Service!

Using and adapting the ITIL framework, I make sure incident management, problem-solving, and change enablement are all running smoothly. My role is all about empowering our teams to deliver improvements that matter to our clients while keeping everything on track with service level agreements. It’s a great mix of hands-on problem-solving and strategic planning to keep things moving forward and make a real impact!

What does a day in the life look like for you?

A typical day for me kicks off with daily stand-ups for service management, where I dive into live and cross-live service updates to keep tabs on progress, address any blockers, and ensure everything’s on track. I also compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior leadership and our clients, highlighting our efforts to drive service improvements across live services. It’s all about driving accountability and delivering exceptional value to our clients!

I am dedicated to maintaining 100% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), mitigating service credits, and upholding Capgemini’s reputation for excellence in service delivery.
