Two Capgemini client projects are shortlisted in the ‘Public Sector Outsourcing Project of the Year’ category – Environment Agency and HM Revenue & Customs. In the ‘Financial Services Outsourcing Project of the Year’ category, we have been nominated for our work with Nationwide Building Society.
Now in its thirteenth year, NOAAs recognise and celebrate the efforts of companies who have demonstrated best practice in outsourcing. National Outsourcing Association CEO, Kerry Hallard commented: “This is without doubt the most competitive year ever in terms of submissions; the quality of case studies evidencing outsourcing excellence across aspects such as relationship and contract management, innovation, service delivery and collaboration has made the judging process an extremely challenging one. Those buyers and service providers who made the shortlist should feel very proud to get this far as the bar has been raised considerably.”
Capgemini Account Executive, Ash Handa said: ‘We are delighted to be shortlisted alongside Nationwide Building Society and are very pleased to have been involved in an outsourcing project which brings together an IT function across towers and enables Nationwide Building Society to give an enhanced IT experience to its employees. The continuous service improvement is key for our partnership.’
Winners will be announced on Thursday 10th November 2016 in London. The full shortlist is available here.
