Capgemini Consulting, the global strategy and transformation consulting arm of the Capgemini Group, has today announced the appointment of Didier Roekaerts, as a VP, Head of Analytics, in the UK Customer Experience & Analytics (CXA) team. Headed by Gagandeep Gadri, VP, the CXA team has expertise in digital strategy, customer experience, marketing, CRM, and omni-channel.

Didier RoekaertsDidier has over 15 years of experience working on large-scale business transformation programmes, as well as data analysis and insights generation projects in the FMCG industry. In his previous role as the Head of Portfolio and Segmentation at SABMiller, he was responsible for development and implementation of growth strategies, including category, portfolio, shopper and pack strategies. Prior to that, as the Global Head of Analytics and Innovation at GlaxoSmithKline, he was involved in setting the strategic direction for the new consumer healthcare organisation and embedding an insights-driven culture. Didier started his career working in consulting for 16 years as part of Accenture’s strategy team.

In his new role, working across a number of industry sectors, including consumer products, Didier will be responsible for further development of Capgemini Consulting’s insights and analytics capability to accelerate clients’ digital transformation.
