We modernize core applications by integrating ERP, PLM, and MES systems into a unified architecture. This eliminates data silos and enables synchronized workflows across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. For example, in complex  Engineer-to-Order scenario we enable seamless handover from engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM using 3D visualization and change impact analysis, reducing engineering change process time by up to 60%

Our integrated architecture ensures that product data flows consistently across systems, enabling real-time visibility and traceability. This supports complex configurations, variant management, and regulatory compliance. In one case, a client using Siemens Teamcenter and SAP, achieved a 75% reduction in product configuration errors and an 80% reduction in shop order preparation time.

Capgemini brings industry-specific assets to accelerate and de-risk transformation. These include the A&D Business Process Model in Signavio, Capability Model in LeanIX, and the A&D Path, our pre-configured SAP S/4HANA system including Industry relevant features such as those enabled by SAP PE&O and integrated with PLM and MES. We also offer a GenAI use case library tailored to engineering and shopfloor scenarios, such as augmented field worker solutions for non-conformity resolution.
