Barrières doorbreken vergt moed, en de eerste zijn geeft momentum. Deze keynote onderzoekt hoe vrouwen in technologie verbindingen kunnen leggen, als katalysatoren voor verandering kunnen dienen en innovatie kunnen vormgeven om de toekomst te creëren die we willen. Door met vertrouwen en samenwerking te leiden, creëren we nieuwe kansen, inspireren we anderen en herdefiniëren we wat mogelijk is. Samen zijn we de vonken van verandering!

AI Companions at Work: Partners, Colleagues, or Competitors?

Gepresenteerd door: Deborah Nas

AI Companions zullen de werkplek hervormen en de lijnen vervagen tussen assistenten, collega’s en zelfs mentors. Zullen ze de productiviteit verhogen, menselijk potentieel ontsluiten en samenwerking bevorderen—of zullen ze traditionele rollen uitdagen en herdefiniëren wat het betekent om te werken? Wat voor soort toekomst willen we bouwen, en hoe kunnen we AI-metgezellen vormgeven om echt ondersteuning te bieden, in plaats van menselijke expertise te vervangen?

Onze spreker Dr. Mira Vasic neemt jou mee op een reis naar de toekomst in haar inspirerende talk, waarbij ze voorbeelden uit werkplekken gebruikt die ze heeft verzameld in haar carrière als expert op het gebied van vrouwelijk leiderschap. Hoe kan divers leiderschap de voorwaarden voor verandering in een wereldwijde organisatie creëren? In deze sessie delen we hoe een transformatieteam—voornamelijk geleid door vrouwen van Product en Programma bij ASICS Digital—samenwerkt over regio’s, culturen en afdelingen heen om een nieuwe manier van samenwerken te vormgeven. Met de steun van belangrijke leiders laat deze voortdurende reis zien hoe de kracht van verbinding en inclusief leiderschap ons helpt om silo’s af te breken en de basis te leggen voor duurzame transformatie.

Shared Service Center IT within the Dutch Government

Gepresenteerd door: Marjo van Bergen en Irma Boon

Het neerzetten van een sustainable organisatie voor de klant. IT wordt meer en meer een commodity, en hoe zet je een sustainable organisatie neer die meer en meer op de toekomst is voorbereid. En daarbij elkaars kwaliteiten versterken, en blijvend versterken. Hoe kan je een toekomstbestendige organisatie opzetten die voortdurend elkaars kwaliteiten versterkt en verbetert? Ontdek het tijdens deze sessie en leer hoe je jouw organisatie kunt voorbereiden op de uitdagingen van morgen!
