Everest Group has recognized Capgemini as a Leader in its PEAK Matrix® for Google Cloud Services 2026, due to its strong IP-led solutions, technical expertise and outcome-based delivery.

In this research, Everest Group assessed 24 Google Cloud service providers based on their vision and capability which includes parameters such as innovation, scope of services offered, delivery footprint and domain-specific investment. They also assess providers on their market impact, which includes criteria like revenue growth, portfolio mix, and value delivered. According to Everest Group, “BSFI, retail, and telco enterprises prioritizing CX modernization at scale can benefit from Capgemini’s newer agentic AI-led CX capabilities on Google Cloud to scale AI-driven service operations.”
