Casablanca, July 23, 2026 – Capgemini and La French Tech Casablanca announced the signing of a partnership designed to accelerate innovation, develop digital capabilities, and enhance Morocco’s attractiveness as a leading technology hub. Signed on June 22 at Capgemini’s offices in Morocco, the agreement aligns with the ambitions of the ‘Morocco Digital 2030’ strategy and aims to promote knowledge sharing, skills development, and the support of innovative initiatives.

As part of this partnership, Capgemini’s teams in Morocco will actively contribute to the thematic commissions and communities led by La French Tech Casablanca, bringing together startups, technology experts, investors, institutions, and large enterprises to address the technological transformations shaping the future of key industries.

“This partnership with La French Tech reflects our commitment to contributing to talent development, fostering innovation, and strengthening collaboration across Morocco’s technology ecosystem to support its long-term growth and international attractiveness,” said Badra Hamdaoua, Managing Director of Capgemini in Morocco.

Building on this collaboration, Capgemini welcomed, on June 29, a delegation of women entrepreneurs and startup founders as part of the Elles Tech Tour, an initiative organized by La French Tech Casablanca. The program encourages meaningful exchanges between entrepreneurs, startups, corporations, and institutions while promoting female entrepreneurship within the technology sector.

During the event, Capgemini hosted several discussions on innovation, artificial intelligence, leadership, and digital transformation, highlighting the essential role of women in shaping Morocco’s future technology landscape.

“Our partnership with Capgemini in Morocco demonstrates our shared ambition to strengthen the connections between the Moroccan, French, and international innovation ecosystems. Through initiatives such as the Elles Tech Tour, we aim to showcase talent, encourage women entrepreneurship in technology, and contribute to positioning Morocco as a hub for innovation, experimentation, and sustainable growth,” said William Simoncelli, President of La French Tech Casablanca.

Looking ahead, the partnership will serve as a platform for future initiatives focused on strategic topics including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, responsible innovation, mentoring, digital skills development, and raising awareness among younger generations about careers in technology.
