Outlining Capgemini’s Presence in the Oxford of the East

We expand in Peshwa’s Pune

Pune acquired a prime position in the political scenario of Maharashtra in the 17th and 18th centuries. It became the epicenter of governance for the Peshwas who were the prime ministers of the Maratha Empire.

Capgemini India has a large presence in Pune, with more than 13,000 colleagues spread across centers in Talwade, Chinchwad, Hinjewadi, and Magarpatta areas. All of these are spread across the length and breadth of the city, and the one striking feature that can never be overlooked is our sprawling campuses, that become even more serene thanks to the cool and dry climate experienced in Pune.

Talwade Office – The Pune Delivery Center

Our Talwade office, commonly known as the Pune Delivery Center, is spread across 28 acres and is located in the MIDC area. Talwade is close to social and manufacturing hubs like Nigdi, Pimpri, Chinchwad and the PCMC area.

The Center comprises eight impressive towers, the Global Learning Center (GLC). We also have Innovation Labs for showcasing our assets and thought leadership in the Testing, Mobility and Banking space.

At the heart of the campus is the spectacular GLC building which is the nucleus for all learning activities. The 300-seater GLC auditorium has been a host to several internal programs and provides the perfect setting for employee engagement activities that focus on performing arts.

Overview of the Hinjewadi Center

The other large campus in Pune is located in the Hinjewadi area. Spread across 37 acres of land, the campus includes a well-equipped Customer Experience Center, Learning & Development Center, Employee Relaxation Center and a Guest House with service apartments for visiting colleagues. The campus also includes a fully functional indoor/ outdoor club house, amphitheater and cafeteria that can cater to about 950 people at one go!
