L’INNOVATEUR 6.0 – CASE COMPETITION

We are returning with the sixth season of L’Innovateur, a campus case challenge for India’s top nine business schools, as a part of the E.L.I.T.E. General Management Program. 

Participants will be required to create inventive and feasible solutions to leading business problems in a variety of industrial sectors. The goal of the challenge is to offer students a glimpse of leveraging technology to solve business challenges while exposing them to the type of work Capgemini does and demonstrating what is expected of an E.L.I.T.E. candidate. 

Participation:

  • The challenge is open for second year business school students. 
  • Students can apply in teams of three members. 
  • One individual cannot be a member of more than one participating team. 
  • All members of a team should be from the same institute. 
  • At the end of first round, three teams will be shortlisted from each institute for the campus round. 
  • Top 9 teams from across campuses will be selected for the grand finale. 
  • Details and venue of the grand finale will be communicated to the shortlisted teams through their respective placement committees. 

Submission Details:

Round 1: Teams have to select one of the cases from the set of cases floated to them and submit a two-slide PowerPoint presentation outlining their understanding of the case and the proposed solution. 

Round 2: Three teams will be shortlisted from each campus, who will have to submit a detailed presentation of 5-6 slides along with a video explaining the different dimensions of the case, the issue, their approach, research methodology and the innovation they are proposing. 

Round 3: 9 teams across campuses will be selected for grand finale where they will present their solutions to the Capgemini senior leadership. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Each team to have a maximum of three members from the same institute. 
  • Prizes worth INR 250,000 to the winning team, INR 150,000 to the first runners up team and INR 100,000 to the second runners up team. 
  • Communication will be sent to the qualifying teams for further rounds. 
  • National winners, first runners up, second runners up and exceptional candidates from other teams will receive a PPI from Capgemini, subject to all other criteria for Final Placements being met. 
  • All decisions related to the event taken by Capgemini are final and no correspondence/ communication would be entertained from any entrant in this regard. Capgemini has the right to disqualify an entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the competition rules.
