As a SAFe Practice Consultant-T (SPCT), Thomas in charge of the adoption of Lean Agile principles in large organizations. He has led and still leads large-scale Lean Agile transformation for the automotive, energy and public sectors. His role as a senior consultant and his operational successes allow him to accompany executive leaders and managers in the definition and execution of their Lean Agile transformation. 20% of his annual time dedicated to SAFe training, Thomas is part of the Capgemini training team which allows to meet both Capgemini and customers needs.

Thomas is also a Doctor Business Administration Student (DBA) at GEM Grenoble Ecole Management, and a lecturer for the Exectuvie MBA of IESEG School of Management and for the engineering cycle of the Université Technologique de Troyes.
