What is it that you do?

I’m a Graduate Associate Consultant in Business Transformation Consulting. My role is to help clients achieve meaningful improvements through tech-driven change by designing new processes, engaging people, and implementing technology. I work on everything from stakeholder analysis to crafting strategies that ensure clients successfully adapt and see lasting results.

What does a day in the life look like for you?

My day typically starts with a team call to assess progress, discuss any roadblocks, and align on priorities so that the Project Manager and stakeholders have a clear view of where we stand. Throughout the week, I participate in meetings with both our Capgemini team and clients to plan next steps, address potential challenges, and ensure we’re on track to deliver real, actionable solutions.

Beyond client work, I engage in internal initiatives across our Business Unit. This includes supporting the marketing and communications team, helping to organise events, and contributing to learning and development. I also explore areas like Change Management and Business Analysis, which lets me deepen my skills in driving effective, technology-enabled change.
