“Embrace every opportunity as a steppingstone for both personal and professional growth.”

What is it that you do?

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O(Finance & Operations) Functional Consultant, I work with various clients to analyse their business needs, configure their ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and optimise their financial and operational processes. I work with the client bridge the gap between business and technology, provide training, and ensure seamless implementation and support.

What does a day in the life look like for you?

My mornings typically start with reviewing emails, attending stand-up meetings with clients, and prioritising tasks for the day. I then focus on gathering requirements from stakeholders, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams on customisations.

If troubleshooting issues requires further user training, I work closely with the client to address their needs. Additionally, I conduct training sessions, test new features, document processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth implementation. At the end of the day, I wrap up tasks, update project statuses, and plan for upcoming deadlines. My role combines problem-solving, consulting, and communication to help businesses maximise the benefits of Dynamics 365 F&O(Finance & Operations).
