Our corporate responsibility and sustainability (CR&S) reports provide an overview of Capgemini UK’s performance against our environmental sustainability, digital inclusion, and inclusive futures programmes.

Throughout 2024, we made progress in each area of our responsibility and sustainability strategy. Highlights from our latest report include:

  • 46% reduction in absolute operational emissions (from a 2019 baseline)
  • 94% employees completed the Sustainability Awareness training
  • 1,152 young people supported via The King’s Trust
  • 673 colleagues across the UK completed Inspire training for digital inclusion
  • The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2024
  • 7,000 members in our employee networks
