Inma Casero

Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer
Member of the Group Executive Committee

Inma Casero has been Capgemini’s Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer since January 1^st, 2021. She joined the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.

Inma is notably in charge of driving the Capgemini’s Human Resources agenda for the Group COO organization and the Strategic Business Units.

Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, she was Chief Human Resources Officer, Europe and Group Employee Relations, after having held the position of Head of Human Resources of Applications Services for the Continental Europe region in 2016.

Inma joined Capgemini in 2012 as Head of Human Resources of the Infrastructure Services Division where she was in charge of transformation projects.  

Before joining Capgemini, Inma spent most of her professional career in Technicolor (previously Thomson) where she developed key experience in leading culturally diverse teams across US, LATAM, EMEA and Asia Pacific as well as a strong labor legal background in the same regions. 

Inma is also an Independent Director of Broadpeak’s Board of Directors. She graduated from the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha (Cuenca, Spain) in Law and Business Administration and Harvard Business School (Boston, MA, United States) in Organizational Leadership.
