At Capgemini, we see an opportunity to make a real difference in the struggle for gender diversity through reskilling women for the world of tomorrow.

About the Program:

To ignite this change, Capgemini has started Relaunch. An exciting new employment pathway targeted at Women and people of transgender experience who wish to transition into technology consulting or are returning from a career break.

Relaunch at Capgemini is a three (3) month training and transition program. Program participants will receive a technology-driven development program with core-consulting courses aimed at upskilling and refreshing each employee’s capabilities on their transition back to work.

Supported by a diverse network of industry specialists, each participant will work with a mentor and coach to empower their journey to their new roles. The program enables our participants to take time to upskill and feel confident before taking on the full responsibility of their designated role with the flexibility of working for a large organisation.

Who should apply:

  • Previous relevant industry experience
  • Women who have been on a career hiatus for 2 to 10 years.
  • People of transgender experience
  • Prior experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not compulsory.
  • Open to Australian participants only

Program Opportunity

  • 3-month training and work transition program for Career Relaunchers
  • 4 – 6 weeks technology and core-consulting skills uplift and refresh
  • 2 – 4 weeks of client project shadowing
  • 2 – 4 weeks transitioning onto a part-time or full-time role on a client engagement

What experience do I need to apply?

While it is preferred that ideal candidates have prior experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Developer roles, we also consider applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Will I get paid?

During the 3-month program, participants will receive a full employee salary at their designated grade level. After completion of the program, they will transition into a 3-month probationary period.
