I am also a part of the Alliance team, where we track and manage opportunities, actions and events for service accounts my further work in Financial Services is being a part of the diversity and Inclusion team.

Additionally, I am part of the Neurodiversity, Reconciliation and Sustainability network communities, where I help run and support initiatives. Such as dyspraxia workshops, Being a climate Fresk Facilitator or helping find adequate artists

I am also currently handing over the PMO role at the Grads newsletter.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

We don’t just talk the talk we walk it… Whether it’s the seven values we have at Capgemini or our communities. The motivation to constantly actualize what we say, from the smallest of tasks to the hardest of tasks, is a testament to the culture that has been created and constantly nurtured.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

Similar to what was said above, it is clear that Capgemini cares about the individual person. The emphasis on making sure co-workers are supported, and people have what they need, makes me proud to work for a place that cares about its people.

How are you working towards the future you want?

Capgemini helps me not just with my technical learning journey, but also gives me the opportunity to work on my soft skills, from presenting to a large audience to working on my EQ (emotional intelligence) by working through client opportunities and motivating teams,
