Capgeminis Cash-Collection-Assistent wurde von AI Breakthrough, einer führenden Marktintelligenz- und Auszeichnungsplattform für technologische Innovation und Leadership weltweit, als „beste Virtuelle Agenten Lösung“ ausgezeichnet. Die Zielsetzung des KI Breakthrough Awards ist es, Spitzenleistungen zu honorieren und Innovation, harte Arbeit und Erfolge aus den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz und Maschinelles Lernen zu würdigen.

Bei dem Assistenten handelt es sich um einen menschenähnlichen Virtuellen Agenten, der dafür entwickelt wurde, um Anrufe an Schuldner in 24 Sprachen (darunter auch weniger gebräuchliche Sprachen wie Niederländisch oder Finnisch) durchzuführen und damit der Nachfrage nach einem schnellen, zuverlässigen und effizienten Service gerecht zu werden. Somit können anfallende repetitive Aufgaben reduziert werden, wodurch den Inkasso-Mitarbeitern der Raum gegeben wird, sich auf komplexere Arbeitsabläufe und Ausnahmefälle zu fokussieren.

Capgemini wins 2019 Artificial Intelligence Breakthrough award for best virtual agent solution

Paris, June 27, 2019 – Capgemini, today announced that its Cash Collections Assistant powered by Artificial Intelligence[1] has been recognized as the “best virtual agent solution” by AI Breakthrough, part of Tech Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence and recognition platform for global technology innovation and leadership.

Capgemini’s Cash Collections Assistant is a human-like voice collector delivering a seamless humanized virtual agent experience. It is designed to perform courtesy or overdue calls to debt owners in 24 languages (including less common languages such as Dutch and Finnish), meeting the demand for a fast, reliable, and efficient service.
