As a business development executive, I have the exciting role of identifying new opportunities to work on. I get to constantly speak to clients to understand their pain points and challenges they face and how Capgemini can help them. Another important aspect is account management, where I get to provide excellent customer satisfaction for existing clients. It’s a fulfilling role that allows me to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

What has been the most exciting thing during your time with us so far?

Representing Capgemini and its brand at Salesforce World Tour and being allowed to engage with a client to find about more about his organization needs. These events allow me to have the opportunity to meet various partners and clients who have been in the industry since the early days. Being able to learn and speak with them is paramount to understand the changes in the industry.

Capgemini is committed to supporting my professional growth and self-development. They ensure that I receive proper training and get feedback from my superior and team mates to improve. The networking opportunities and client interaction allow me to build on my confidence to take on bigger challenges.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

As a young graduate, it’s rare to be exposed to a business development role. However, at Capgemini, you are definitely exposed to working with many stakeholders within our own organization and the client’s. This provides various opportunities to network and meet people who share the passion in their work.
