Elber Ribeiro was appointed CEO of Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services in November 2026, when he also became a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services for the Americas from March 2024. In this role, he was also a member of Capgemini’s North America Country Board.

Elber joined Capgemini in 2012. Prior to this, he led the Infrastructure Services business at CPM Braxis, then Brazil’s largest IT services company, which was subsequently acquired by Capgemini.

Elber has more than 30 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and telecommunications. Throughout his career, he has combined business leadership with industry thought leadership. He is recognized for his expertise in IT service management, operational transformation, and large-scale technology modernization initiatives.

Elber holds a bachelor’s degree in IT Management from UNISUL and has completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School. He is an ITIL Master-certified professional and a member of the EXIN Expert Groups.
