Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

Every day in Capgemini is very unique. Adding an exciting and diverse experience to grow progressively with the world. On any day, I would occupied with finding solutions for our clients’ challenges, working with my team on pursuits, meetings with clients, my team and leadership on client business transformation ideas, industrialised solutions and innovations, new go-to-market strategies, enhancing my knowledge with new learnings and contributing to Capgemini’s overall knowledge.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

I’m happy to find an organisation that lives up to its defined core values, especially Freedom. I would say it’s an Employee-centric workplace where collaboration and culture take the lead.
