Alexander Fleischer is the Ecosystem Lead within Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange. His role entails connecting with startups, venture capital firms, accelerators and incubators in emerging technologies to find the most innovative ideas solving the global challenges that Capgemini’s corporate clients will face in the next decade. He also is an ambassador for technologies like VR, AR and AI within and outside Capgemini. In addition to that, Alex is spearheading the venture endeavors for Capgemini in North America to find the most innovative startup partners for Capgemini. Alex has 10 years of innovation, strategy, digital transformation and leadership experience from different industries and worked in Germany, Hungary and the US. He started his career in Telecommunications and worked in consulting before he joined Capgemini in May 2022. Alex has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in Corporate Strategy and Service Management from an international program across Germany, Chile and India.
