I support Operational Performance improvement and large-scale Transformation Programs of large service groups (my clients are mainly engaged in the Banking & Insurance sectors). I help my customers to deploy ambitious transformation programs, based on Lean management principles paired with some with an « augmented methodology » relying on digital technologies: datavisualization and automation ( especially Robotic Process Automation, RPA) to improve and accelerate our Lean diagnostics and help our clients to simplify processes and focus on real added-value operations without forgetting the change management and coaching.
