The solution encompassed all discoverable assets in all of their locations, including their entire ship fleet distributed around the world. A potential first for such a solution.
The value of such an activity was amplified further by all the data garnered being federated into their ITSM tool for it to be consumed by the key ITIL processes they utilized.
