In the recent past, I have helped a major UK Energy company reduce their annual IT costs by 40%, while supporting their transition to a new IT state which will enable their business to be more agile, operational effective and competitive in the market.
I have over 25 years’ experience within the IT industry working for FTSE 100 clients. The majority of my experience has been specialising in IT advisory and transformation work including operating models, cost and risk reduction, security, application and infrastructure delivery and sourcing programmes.
